The first one is the simplest one, but also the most important. The moment you have created your Facebook business page, you send an invite to all your friends on your personal account. You see, it’s estimated that each person has approximately 200 friends on their personal account. Out of these 200, all of those have another 200 friends etc. So it’s the best way to start your growth.
2. Add your business page to your profile
Another simple, yet effective way to grow your business page. Just by adding on your personal profile page that you are the administrator or owner of the business page, you will gather curious followers that happen to see it whilst browsing your profile.
3. Ask your employees to add it to their profile
Another of the ways to get likes and grow your Facebook page is to ask your employees to add it to their personal profile, especially if they also admit it. This way you double the chance of people noticing it. As we said earlier, everyone has an average of 200 friends and so forth.

The simplest ways are those that go overlooked the most. Just by asking your followers and friends, you can get many, many likes for your page and posts. You could say something like “Thumbs up if you liked this post and feel free to tag your friends”.
10. Use Facebook competition
Create a little competition by offering a prize. You could say something like “Like and comment to enter the competition and win free services from our company. Tag a friend so they too may participate”. Be careful though, because Facebook has guidelines on what consists of a competition. Some guidelines are, “You can’t share the competition on your personal page” or “You can’t tag your friends for this competition”. It’s best to check up on these guidelines by yourself first.
11. Find groups and promote your page
Find specific groups by entering your main keywords or phrases into the search bar. Go to groups and pick the ones with the most followers. Do not promote your business directly, but yourself first. Write about who you are and what you do and give them the option to learn more about you by asking questions in the comments or messaging you.
